Teressa brings nearly two decades of maintains international and domestic trademark portfolios, consistently communicating with clients on the status and maintenance of their marks. She files trademark applications and related prosecution documents with the USPTO, analyzes clients’ portfolios to ensure suitable trademark coverage, assists in the investigation of third-party use of marks, and assists foreign counsel in the prosecution and maintenance of international trademark applications and registrations.
In addition to extensive firm experience, Teressa had in-house paralegal roles in the insurance and special materials industries.
