Maureen Cruz, Ph.D., MPH, is an accomplished scientist with more than 15 years of professional experience in scientific strategy and communication, focusing on scientific analysis and technical writing. Trained in neuroscience, pharmacology and public health, Maureen works with the firm’s life sciences consortia to advance their missions and improve patient care by providing technical, strategic and project management services.

Previous Experience

Previously, Maureen was a lead associate at a leading information technology consulting and government services firm. There, she assisted clients in the healthcare field with strategic process improvement and management of their research portfolios and wrote technical reports and congressionally mandated research proceedings. She was also a postdoctoral research associate at The Scripps Research Institute, investigating the neurobiological basis of addiction.
