Overview

Brenna Hartley Crosser supports the firm’s product liability practice, drawing on more than two decades of experience across complex business litigation, corporate compliance, white-collar criminal defense and regulatory matters. She is an experienced trial paralegal with a strong background in factual investigations, witness preparation and courtroom support, and she provides comprehensive support to businesses facing mass tort and product liability risks.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Brenna served as a litigation paralegal at a Southeast-based firm. She managed case development from inception through resolution and served as the driving force behind the litigation teams. She oversaw case development including factual investigations, managed high-volume dockets and served as a trusted liaison to clients. Brenna’s in-depth case preparation included preparing witnesses for depositions and trials, drafting motions and discovery, and discovery management. Her case development skills included bridging old-fashioned document review with modern litigation platforms and technical proficiency, including preservation, review, and production of electronically stored information. Brenna’s trial work included trying many cases to juries, in both state and federal courts. She has also supported appellate efforts, including before the Fourth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.

Personal Interests

A born and raised Carolina girl, Brenna and her husband make their home in North Carolina. She has four best friends — her very handsome grandson, Winston, and her three spicy dachshunds, Logan, Chase, and Remy. Brenna, her husband, and the dachshunds also enjoy their cabin in her hometown of Salley, South Carolina where they run the woods, hunt, and enjoy family. Brenna is passionate about dog rescue and happily serves as a board member to a 501(c)(3) rescue in Central North Carolina that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes dachshunds.
