Dana Gray Speaks to Law360 About Faegre Drinker’s ‘Associate Satisfaction A-Listers’ Ranking

Law360 recently reported on BTI Consulting’s Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022 report and spoke with Managing Director of Professional Development Dana Gray about how Faegre Drinker was ranked “best of the best” in key attributes driving superior associate satisfaction.

Gray explained that Faegre Drinker places new associates in a first-year development program and matches them up with mentors they can rely on for feedback and guidance, initiating what often turn out to be years-long relationships.

“The mentoring is critical, as a place where they can go to for advice and guidance and developing a relationship that is ongoing,” Gray said.
