Office Workers Must Reengage for the Benefit of Tomorrow’s Leaders

Indianapolis Business Journal

Co-leader of the firm’s antitrust practice team and Indianapolis office leader Kathy Osborn authored an article for the Indianapolis Business Journal titled, “Office Workers Must Reengage for the Benefit of Tomorrow’s Leaders,” which shares her reflections on the past 20 months.

Osborn highlights a theme she heard years ago that has stuck with her and guided her through tough times – with all change comes gains and losses. She explains how this has helped shape her thoughts today, too.

“It is time for our workforce to reengage—to embrace the gains and benefits the pandemic has brought to us despite the tragic losses, and to focus again on the professional development needs of up-and-coming leaders currently in our circles and those to follow,” said Osborn.
