Brett Fallon Contributes to Second Edition of ABA’s The Bankruptcy Claims Handbook

The American Bar Association (ABA) recently published the second edition of The Bankruptcy Claims Handbook. Finance and restructuring partner Brett Fallon is one of three editors of the second edition, as well as one of two editors of the first edition.

The second edition handbook provides a basic understanding of the bankruptcy claims process, the rights and duties of both debtors and creditors, the priority scheme, the objection process, and grounds for challenging discharge of a particular claim. The guide includes legal analysis and answers important questions.
