Mike Daly and Mark Taticchi Discuss Supreme Court TCPA Case in Law360

Philadelphia partner Mike Daly and associate Mark Taticchi were quoted in the Law360 article titled “TCPA ‘Merely A Pawn’ In High Court Deference Fight.”

On March 25, 2019, PDR Network and Carlton & Harris Chiropractic appeared in front of the Supreme Court to present oral arguments as to whether the Hobbs Act needs federal courts to accept whole agencies’ statutory readings, including the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) numerous orders interpreting the TCPA.
