In re Chocolate Confectionary Antitrust Litigation

Philadelphia partner Paul Saint-Antoine and associates Todd Hutchison and Brynne Madway recently published an article in Law360 titled, “3rd Circ. Wraps Up Chocolate Price-Fixing Case: 5 Lessons.” The article discussed the Third Circuit’s affirmation of the district court’s summary judgment decision in In re Chocolate Confectionary Antitrust Litigation and its implications for the future.

Paul, Todd and Brynne state that the decision reaffirms well-established principles on summary judgment in antitrust conspiracy cases as well as provides lessons to practitioners who are developing a record in support of or in opposition to summary judgment in these cases.
