The DOL’s Proposed 408(b)(2) Guide
Fred Reish and Joan Neri co-authored an article for PLANADVISER discussing the application of the DOL’s proposed 408(b)(2) guide to plan advisers. Specifically, the article discusses whether the proposal requires financial advisers with broker-dealers, investment advisers with registered investment adviser firms and insurance brokers and agents to give a “guide” to their 408(b)(2) disclosure.
