ColoradoBiz Features Doug Wright's Advice to Potential Public Company Directors

In an article authored for ColoradoBiz, director of the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Taylor Simonton featured the advice of FaegreBD partner, Doug Wright on the importance of understanding the ways to protect oneself against the potential of facing major liabilities and lawsuits when serving on a public company's board of directors.
