U.S. Goes on Offensive Against Economic Espionage

On February 20, 2013, the White House rolled out a new strategy to combat economic espionage and theft of U.S. trade secrets. On March 11, Randy Kahnke and Kerry Bundy published a Business Forum article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune outlining important aspects of the White House plan. Kahnke and Bundy explained that companies need not master the entire 100-page document in order to benefit from it. Rather, companies should take three specific steps to leverage the plan and protect their secrets.
