If the Supreme Court strikes down the health care law in its entirety, that outcome would amount to "the greatest change for employers," Maureen Maly of Faegre Baker Daniels told Inc. magazine in the article, "Inside the Supreme Court Health-Care Decision."
"Under this outcome, employers would need to undo, or at least reconsider, all of the changes that they have made since 2010," Maly explained.
The Supreme Court ruling on the health care reform law is expected by the end of June.
