Harman's GC Todd Suko Relies on Faegre & Benson, Wachtell Lipton for Outside Counsel

In its July 11 issue, The National Law Journal profiles Todd Suko, general counsel at Harman International Industries, Inc., the company best known for high-end audio equipment brands like Harman Kardon, JBL, Mark Levinson, and Infinity. While under Suko's direction an increasing amount of the company's legal work is handled internally, the legal areas in which the in-house team lacks experience also go to the outside counsel. As Suko reveals, his two law firms of choice are Faegre & Benson and New York-based Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He relies on Faegre & Benson for counsel in litigation and transactions.
