Denver Business Journal Touts the Firm's Colorado Chambers Rankings

Reporting on the Band 1 Chambers USA ranking the firm's Colorado offices received for corporate/M&A work, Denver Business Journal notes that this recognition has come at a time of resurgent M&A activity, which should prove beneficial to the firm.

"There's a tremendous pool of capital now," Doug Wright told the Journal. "There's been a resurgence in private equity, so private-equity buyers are looking for opportunities. We've been representing private-equity buyers and sellers over the past 18 months."

The article also draws attention to the firm's two other Colorado practices, intellectual property and environmental and natural resources, which were awarded the Band 1 rankings this year. Natalie Hanlon-Leh, James Spaanstra, Linda Rockwood, and Lynn Kornfield are mentioned for earning high praise from the Chambers commentators.
