Los Angeles Daily Journal Quotes Price in Article on Breast Implant Safety

On February 2, 2011, The Los Angeles Daily Journal reported that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration revealed a possible link between breast implants and a rare form of cancer.  The newspaper sought out Faegre & Benson attorney Joe Price for his comments on the news.  Price represented 3M in breast implant litigation in the 1990s. 

"This time around, people are going to be — I would hope — more cautious about drawing a basis for something that might result in new litigation," Price told the Daily Journal.  "It would be a disservice to women who have these implants to scare them with information that may not be supported when the science gets into it."
