Law Week Colorado Touts RoxAnn Mack's Pro Bono Work

As Law Week Colorado reveals in its profile article, 2011 has been a banner year for RoxAnn Mack. The paralegal from the firm's Boulder office has won a string of awards recognizing her pro bono commitments, culminating in the 2011 Pro Bono Paralegal of the Year Award.

The article documents the breadth and variety of pro bono projects Mack has been involved in, spanning nonprofits, asylum cases, family law, homeless and veterans' issues.

"It's nice to get the awards," Mack said. "But I would be doing the pro bono work anyway. I was brought up to do things for other people when you can – and if you can, why not?"
