The Fraud and Abuse and Program Integrity Provisions of the Health Care Reform Legislation

Washington D.C., partner Jesse Witten has authored a chapter for the 2011 Health Law and Compliance Update entitled, “The Fraud and Abuse and Program Integrity Provisions of the Health Care Reform Legislation.”  In his chapter, Jesse discusses the changes in fraud and abuse law under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and provides insight and advice for compliance professionals.  The Health Law and Compliance Update is an annual publication that covers the latest issues in health law and health care compliance.
