CropLife America Publicizes 2,4-D Victory

In volume 20, issue #41 of "This Week & Next," an electronic publication distributed by CropLife America, the organization sent news to its membership of Faegre & Benson's major litigation victory in Clay County, Arkansas. The jury ruled in favor of the defendants, rejecting allegations by cotton farmers that 2,4-D had drifted and injured crops in 2006.
