In a published opinion in 321 Henderson Receivables, LLC v. Sioteco, the California Court of Appeal reversed, virtually in its entirety, a Fresno County Superior Court ruling dismissing 11 transfer petitions with prejudice and calling into question the validity of over 100 other transfers that had been court-approved pursuant to the California Structured Settlement Protection Act.
