Downtown Noblesville Development Opportunity

The City of Noblesville has adopted its Downtown Noblesville Strategic Development Plan ("The Plan"), the first in a series of plans to define redevelopment opportunities for private investment in the center of the city. The Plan identifies several blocks near the Courthouse Square that the city seeks to redevelop with mixed-use, residential and office projects. Local incentives may be available. In addition, planned amenities like the $1.1 million Riverwalk project are underway in downtown Noblesville.

Attached is a diagram of downtown Noblesville that identifies the location and type of development desired by the city. The entire plan is available here. Please contact the Baker & Daniels team if you are interested in learning more about economic development opportunities in downtown Noblesville.
