Work Letters That Will Work

San Francisco partner Sara Wilson will co-present “Work Letters That Will Work,” at the ICSC US Shopping Center Law Conference on October 18th. 

Sara will co-present alongside Daniel P. Kelliher of Kelliher & Salzer, LLC. Their discussion will explore the impact of the work letter on other significant provisions found elsewhere in the lease, as well as on the terms and conditions found in agreements with general contractors, architects and construction managers. Attendees are encouraged to raise issues which they have faced with regard to work letters and the actual build-out of tenant premises, with the goal of providing practical drafting alternatives to mitigate these issues.
