Where There's a Will . . . The Heirs Will Not Pay

Princeton partner Lisa Presser and Florham Park associate Lance Eisenberg, both of the Private Client Group, presented "Where There's a Will . . . The Heirs Will Not Pay" to Community Without Walls, on November 13, 2011, in Princeton, NJ. The presentation addressed the importance of planning for death and incapacity. Lisa and Lance also discussed federal and New Jersey estate and gift planning strategies in light of the current transfer tax laws.
