The Many Facets of Financial Responsibility

Washington, D.C., partner John Przypyszny moderated a panel discussion, which included counsel Jonathan Tarnow, at the Career College Association’s annual conference on June 15 in New Orleans. The panel, “The Many Facets of Financial Responsibility,” addressed the Higher Education Act’s financial responsibility requirements for post-secondary institutions, as applied to everything from routine operations to school acquisitions, and recent interpretations of the requirements by the U.S. Department of Education.
