The ERISA Perspective on Custom Target Date Solutions

Florham Park counsel Joan Neri will present a webinar sponsored by Mid Atlantic Capital Group entitled “The ERISA Perspective on Custom Target Date Solutions” on Tuesday, November 5.  The Department of Labor’s recent guidance encourages plan fiduciaries to consider custom target date funds.  Joan will be discussing the ERISA fiduciary rules that apply in selecting and monitoring custom target date funds, the ERISA participant disclosure that apply and the requirements that need to be satisfied in order for them to constitute qualified default investment alternatives.
