The Life Insurance & Annuities Practice Group hosted “Anticipating Tomorrow: A Symposium on Emerging Legal Issues in Life Insurance” in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Dec. 5-6, 2011. Philadelphia partner Stephen Serfass and associate Nicole Wixted participated in a panel with leading compliance professionals concerning the emergence and evolution of producer rebating schemes.
