Overview
Florham Park partner Andy Norin will participate in a panel titled, “So You Have Your Approval; Now what? Getting from Approval to Building Permit and Beyond,” at the Atlantic Builders Convention, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association on March 25.
The panel will discuss the perils of the post approval process from board decision to building permit and beyond. Topics will include, board resolutions, appeal periods, developer's agreements, vested rights, performance guarantees and resolution compliance issues that may arise.
