Philadelphia partner Steve Serfass and Peter Smalbach of Genworth addressed an audience of long term care insurance claims and underwriting professionals on the importance of interpreting and applying undefined policy terms in a consistent, reasonable manner.  They talked about important concepts such as “continual supervision”  in light of recent litigation activity.
