Seizing Estate Planning Opportunities in 2012

Princeton partner Lisa Presser and Florham Park associate Lance Eisenberg gave a presentation at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s Morristown, N.J., office titled, “Seizing Estate Planning Opportunities in 2012.”

The presentation, held Friday, July 27, 2012, covered unique estate planning opportunities that may only be available through the end of the 2012 (because of the sunset of the Tax Relief Act of 2010, current economic conditions, and legislative proposals), as well as a discussion of changes to the transfer tax laws that are expected beginning in 2013.
