Philadelphia partner Stephen Serfass, Peggy Murray of Long Term Care Partners, and Beth Kolanski of Nation's CareLink, LLC, presented at the Ninth Annual Intercompany Long Term Care Insurance Conference in Reno, Nevada on March 31, 2009. The presentation provided an overview of rescissions involving long-term care insurance policies, methods to avoid rescissions, and suggested strategies and practices for properly rescinding policies.
