Philadelphia Women’s Committee to Host Discussion on Startups
Overview
The Philadelphia Women’s Committee will be hosting a group of women entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs for a brown bag “lunch-and-learn” presented by local financial literacy organization Clarifi on Tuesday, July 30.
The event, titled “Women and Startups: How to Start a Business without Burning Out,” will be held in Conference Room 21D, beginning at noon.
Clarifi runs a series of free financial literacy programs for women each summer, FinanciallyHers Savvy Summer Series, and has helped over 2,000 women take control of their finances. Former Drinker Biddle associate Markita Morris-Louis is the organization’s Vice President of Community Affairs.
