Perils & Pitfalls of 1925(b)

Philadelphia Associate Alicia Hickok will participate on a panel for the PBI course “Perils & Pitfalls of 1925(b)” on Monday, March 31. The panelists will debate how strict judges are or should be with waiver and the purpose of Pa. R.A.P. 1925(b), and will provide tips on dealing with the rule. The course, which offers two CLE credits, will be held at the CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia.
