Patent Law Institute (6th Annual)

Washington, D.C., partner Bob Stoll delivered the keynote address at the sixth annual Patent Law Institute in New York Feb. 16, an event that featured federal judges, USPTO officials and in-house counsel.

The event was designed specifically for the patent law community, and Bob discussed the PTO’s efforts to reduce patent pendency, elements of the American Invents Act and effort to move patent applications more quickly.
