M&A in Postsecondary Education

Drinker Biddle partners John Przypyszny and Stewart Lavey, along with associates Jennifer Blum and Jonathan Tarnow, were speakers at the 7th Annual Education Industry Investment Forum, held in Coral Gables, Florida March 7-9. Mr. Lavey and Mr. Przypyszny participated in a discussion focusing on M&A in Postsecondary Education. Ms. Blum participated in the discussion, "Determining the Future of Postsecondary Regulations," and Mr. Tarnow took part in the panel "Accreditation and Regulatory Update."
