Long-Term Care Insurance Litigation

Kristin Heine and Stephen Serfass, attorneys in the Insurance Practice Group at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, were featured speakers at the second annual Maryland State Expo for Life, Health and Long-Term Care Producers, held May 10-11 in Ellicott City, Maryland.  Ms. Heine and Mr. Serfass discussed the topic of "Long-Term Care Insurance Litigation" as part of the Education Symposium presented by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Maryland Association of Health Underwriters.
