Historic Preservation Tax Incentives and the Non-Profit Entity

Drinker Biddle partner Jerry Goodman of the firm's Real Estate Group was a speaker during the Higher Education Real Estate Lawyers (HEREL) Fall 2004 Conference, held September 30 to October 1, 2004 in Palo Alto, CA. The conference featured discussions on issues of concern to college and university lawyers practicing in the area of real estate, with particular emphasis on historic preservation, faculty staff housing, gift real estate and land use planning.
