On January 26, 2014 Pascal presented a seminar on Hiring the Best Candidate: Do’s and Don’ts in the Interview for the North American Home Furnishings Association, Las Vegas Furniture Market held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pascal’s best practices seminar provided specific tips concerning the hiring process, including: actual job postings, job applications, job assessments, proper interviewing, questions interviewers can and cannot ask, the use of social medial in the hiring process and screening candidates legally.  The North American Home Furnishings Association is the nation’s largest organization devoted specifically to the needs and interests of home furnishings retailers.
