HIPAA Webinar Series: Business Associate Agreements

The first in a three-part series on the HIPAA Privacy Rule, this webinar provided an overview of the significant changes. The panel reviewed the expanded definition and responsibilities of business associates as well as the impact of those changes on covered entities. Strategies to achieve compliance and limit liability using business associate agreements were also discussed.
