HEA Reauthorization, Legislative and Regulatory Issues: What’s the State of Play?

Washington, D.C., partner Jonathan Tarnow presented at the 2014 annual conference of the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities, held June 16-18 in Las Vegas.

Jonathan specifically presented on recent changes to federal regulations governing campus crime reporting and prevention programs under the Clery Act. His presentation was part of a panel discussion titled "Legislative and Regulatory Issues: What’s the State of Play?"

The panel also discussed the pending reauthorization of the Higher Education Act and other pending regulatory changes related to federal student financial aid programs.
