Family Business Management

On Thursday, April 10, 2014, Lisa S. Presser and Paula M. Jones guest-lectured at the “Family Business Management” class attended by Columbia Business School students at Columbia University in New York, New York.  The class was made up of a diverse group of students involved in their family’s business.  These students and businesses hailed from all over the world, including Germany, China, Thailand, Chile, South Korea and the United States.  Lisa and Paula lectured on those estate planning concepts relating to the ownership and transfer of a family business in both the domestic and international context.
