Exit and Estate Planning Seminar

Princeton partner, Lisa Presser, and Florham Park associate, Lance Eisenberg, both members of the Private Client Group, led a discussion on estate planning at the Exit and Estate Planning Seminar on March 24, 2011 at our Princeton office. Lisa and Lance discussed changes to the estate and gift tax laws created by the Tax Relief Act of 2010 and opportunities for estate planning under the new law. They specifically addressed estate planning techniques that are well-suited to be used as part of an exit strategy, including grantor retained annuity trusts and sales to grantor trusts.
