Ethics of Engaging in Cloud Computing and Social Media

Overview

Washington, D.C. of counsel Janet Fries moderated a CLE panel discussion at the ABA Annual Meeting in Boston on Friday, August 8.  The program was titled, “Ethics of Engaging in Cloud Computing and Social Media.”

The session included a thought-provoking discussion on the ethical issues relating to engaging in cloud computing and social media.  In particular the panel discussed the legal landmines that lawyers can take steps to avoid when they engage in social media and utilize the cloud.
