Estate Planning for 2012 and Beyond

Princeton partner Lisa Presser and Florham Park associate Lance Eisenberg spoke at the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Mid-Year Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday, October 11, 2012.

Lisa and Lance presented a panel titled, “Estate Planning for 2012 and Beyond.”  The panelists discussed unique estate planning opportunities that may only be available through the end of the year (because of the sunset of the Tax Relief Act of 2010, current economic conditions, and current legislative proposals).  There was also be a discussion of changes to the transfer tax laws that are expected beginning in 2013.
