ERISA’s Vision of the Fiduciary Role

Joan Neri will be a speaker at the upcoming Plan Sponsor Council of America Conference in Miami, Florida on September 18 at two fiduciary training sessions – one entitled “ERISA’s Vision of the Fiduciary Role” and the other entitled “Selecting and Monitoring Service Providers”.  She will be providing a high level, practical understanding of ERISA’s fiduciary responsibility rules and the application of these rules in the selection and monitoring of plan service providers.
