Overview
Philadelphia partner Stephen Serfass moderated a panel at the Long Term Care International Forum in San Antonio, Texas on April 16, 2009. The panel was comprised of Lynda Hermes and Jimmy Perez from the Texas Department of Insurance, and Gail Holubinka from MedAmerica Insurance Company, and focused on long term care partnerships under the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005.
