Damage Waivers and Exclusions: Don’t be Blindsided by the Unexpected

Philadelphia partner Doug Raymond and associate Lizzie Babson, were joined by client David Battisti of Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P., in a panel discussion entitled, “Damage Waivers and Exclusions:  Don’t be Blindsided by the Unexpected,” at DELVACCA’s Corporate & Securities CLE Institute held at The Union League in Philadelphia, Pa., on February 17, 2011.

Doug and Lizzie, both members of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group, discussed the sometimes surprising implications of "boilerplate" damages waivers and exclusions in commercial contracts and acquisition agreements.
