Closing the Gap for Women of Color in Executive Compensation

Philadelphia partner Mona Ghude was a panel speaker at a session on “Closing the Gap for Women of Color in Executive Compensation.” The session was part of the Tenth Annual Career Strategies Conference organized by Corporate Counsel Women of Color, which took place on Wednesday October 8 in Beverly Hills, Calif.

As part of the presentation materials, Mona and Chicago associate Sharde Armstrong prepared a negotiation checklist and edited (with valuable assistance from Philadelphia senior attorney Mark Brown) a glossary of executive compensation terms.
