Career College Association Seminar

Jonathan D. Tarnow, an associate in the Education Law Practice Group, will be a featured speaker at the Career College Association’s Compliance and Ethics Seminar, to be held November 17, 2005 in Arlington, VA.  The seminar will feature a discussion of new regulations and reform efforts that affect ethics and compliance practitioners, including risk assessment, employee training, hiring and performance reviews, and the monitoring of contractors’ behavior, all tailored to the unique mission of the for-profit postsecondary education industry.  Jonathan will speak on the topic of “Assuring Compliance and Ethics by Your Vendors and Servicers.”
