Career College Association Annual Convention

Washington, D.C., counsel Jonathan Tarnow participated on a panel at the Career College Association’s annual conference June 16 in Orlando. The panel, "Taking the Fear Out of FERPA," addressed recent changes to the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act, common misperceptions about the law and practical methods for educational institutions to maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
