Basic Estate Planning Strategies

Princeton partner Lisa Presser and Florham Park associate Lance Eisenberg, both members of the Private Client Group, presented "Basic Estate Planning Strategies" at a seminar sponsored by UBS and the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce on October 27, 2010, in Clinton, NJ.  Lisa and Lance discussed federal and New Jersey estate and gift planning strategies.  The discussion also addressed some of the issues created by the uncertainty in the federal estate and gift tax laws.
