The Life Insurance & Annuities Practice Group hosted “Anticipating Tomorrow: A Symposium on Emerging Legal Issues in Life Insurance” in Philadelphia, Dec. 5-6.  Philadelphia partner Stephen Baker, leader of the firm's Life Insurance & Annuities Practice Group, co-chaired the event with Elizabeth McCrohan of Prudential Insurance Company of America.  More than 70 clients, prospective clients and industry thought-leaders joined over 30 Drinker lawyers for two days of substantive and interactive presentations.   

Philadelphia partners Michael Miller, Jason Gosselin, Stephen Serfass and Stephen Harris,  Princeton partner Charles Vinicombe, New York partner Andrew Lorin, and Philadelphia associates Nicole Wixted and Nolan Tully, also spoke at the event.

Topics included: “Ponzi Schemes and Receiverships,” “Unclaimed Property Issues,”  Emerging Fraudulent Schemes, Privacy and Social Media Issues” and “Equity-Indexed Life Insurance Products.”
